KIEV, Feb. 4 – Ukraine will launch reforms in 21 areas by the end of 2011, President Viktor Yanukovych said.

At the closing meeting of Ukraine-Poland Economic Forum and conference of regional leaders of the two countries, President Yanukovych said that there is a need to change Ukraine's image and ensure stability in the country.

"We will consolidate society on this path," the president's press service quoted him as saying.

Yanukovych said that Ukraine was continuing to combat corruption and red tape.
