KIEV, Feb. 2 – Specialists from Energoatom and Russia's Atomstroyexport have started the final stage of agreeing the engineering specifications of a project to design VVER-1000 type reactors and supply equipment for reactors three and four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant, the Ukrainian state company reported.

The company said that the next stage of the new reactor project would be drawing up a contract on developing a technical project for the reactor facility.
