KIEV, Feb. 1 - The debts of Ukrainians for housing and utilities services grew by 5.5% in December 2010 compared to November 2010, and totaled UAH 11.4 billion at the beginning of January 2011, the State Statistics Service reported.

The service said that debts for housing and utilities services were recorded in all regions of Ukraine, apart from in Kiev.

Last year Ukrainians paid UAH 30.1 million for housing and utilities service, or 96.6% of bills charged for this period.
