KIEV, Jan. 31 - Activ Solar (Kiev) is intending to start operating solar cells with a total capacity of 7.5 MW at solar power plants located in the village of Rodnykove (Crimea), a source in the company has told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the source, the new cells could be launched in February.

At present, the total capacity of Activ Solar's power plants located in the village is 2.5 MW, and after the commissioning of new solar cells it will grow to 10 MW.
