KIEV, Jan. 28 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted Ukrgazvydobuvannia, a subsidiary of Naftogaz Ukrainy, to buy 84 filling stations, Ukrgazvydobuvannia announced.
The company did not disclose who would be the seller of the filling stations, adding that the company's filling station chain would expand to 94 filling stations.
The press release says that the filling stations that would be bought by the company are located in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Ternopil and Zakarpattia regions.
