KREMENCHUK, Jan. 27 – UkrTatNafta, Ukraine’s largest oil refinery by capacity, may boost crude refining by 52% on the year to 5.5 million metric tons in 2011, an official said.
"We're ready to boost the total output to 5.5 million tons per year," Valeriy Berliaev, the chief engineer, said on Wednesday.
Berliaev said the increase of crude refining would be possible only with the creation of equal competitive conditions with those fuel producers who buy crude oil at lower prices than those that Kremenchuk oil refinery pays.
