KIEV, Jan. 27 – UkrTatNafta, Ukraine’s largest oil refinery by capacity, filed a lawsuit against EnergoAtom, the state-owned nuclear power generator, seeking to declare the power producer bankrupt.

The lawsuit was submitted to the Kiev Economic Court, which opened the case January 14. The case will be heard on February 9.

The economic court sent copies of the decisions to the Prosecutor General's Office, tax service and some ministries and bodies to avoid artificial bankruptcy of EnergoAtom.
