KIEV, Jan. 21 – The Antimonopoly Committee plans on January 24-January 30 to decide what action it will take over the price hikes for A-95 and A-92 gasoline seen at the end of 2010 and first days of 2011.
The committee said is studying the prices of OKKO-Naftoproduct Ltd., Kontynent-Naftotrade Ltd. (WOG brand), Alliance Holding Ltd. (Shell brand), Lukoil-Ukraine and TNK-BP Commerce Ltd.
"Taking into account the profits of defendants, the size of the fine for each company could reach 10% of their annual turnover, which is from UAH 300 million to UAH 900 million," reads the report.
