KIEV, Jan. 20 - Zasiadko mine (Donetsk region) has signed an agreement on cooperation in development of shale gas fields with one of the world's largest oil service companies, Halliburton Co.

The mine's press service reported the signing of the agreement, referring to its deputy director general for new technologies and mine development, Borys Bokiy.
