KIEV, Jan. 20 – The signing of an amicable agreement between the State Property Fund and CJSC Bryansk Engineering Plant managing company (Russia), under which the Russian investor is to obtain a 76% stake in OJSC Luhanskteplovoz, has been suspended because of a cessation appeal lodged by the Public Prosecutor General's Office, according to a government source.

The source did not give details, but added that the amicable agreement is to be signed under a court enforcement action, which would be suspended in the case of a cassation.
