KIEV, Jan. 19 – The Ukrainian cabinet plans to make fuel and crude imports without paying VAT and excise duties impossible, according to Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
"A ruling of Higher Administrative Court that canceled previous decisions initiated by the government was a pity for me. Of course, we will not stop at this. I can say this with all responsibility. Of course, we'll execute the ruling, but we'll create all conditions for making such actions impossible," he said, answering a question regarding Livela Company in an interview with the Fifth TV Channel late on Tuesday.
