KIEV, Jan. 17 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry has reached an agreement with representatives of oil refineries and oil traders on the stabilization of domestic prices of gasoline and diesel fuel as of February 1, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yuriy Boyko said.

"We agreed to increase oil refining [with Ukrainian refineries] … and maintain a relatively stable price band starting from February 1," he told reporters in Kiev on Monday, commenting on the upshot of meetings with oil refineries' and oil traders' representatives at the ministry.
