KIEV, Jan. 17 – Ukraine’s legal system will be tested on Wednesday when the High Commercial Court rules on an intellectual property right dispute between Ferrero Group, the world’s No. 4 confectionary, and a Russian company.

Ferrero, which has successfully protected its trademark across the former Soviet Union, has been struggling in Ukraine after Landrin, the Russian confectionery, has started selling almost identical products several years ago.
