KIEV, Jan. 17 – There are no reasons to expect big changes in Kiev housing prices this year, according to heads of the Blagovest and Park Lane real estate agencies, part of First Realty Group.

"I don't see a line of clients that are ready to buy property. I think that the prices will remain at today's level. Maybe they could slightly fluctuate," Park Lane's director general, Halyna Melnykova, said.

Blagovest's director general, Iryna Lukhanina, said that there are no preconditions for housing price growth.
