KIEV, Aug. 10 - A shareholder meeting of UkrTransNafta, the oil shipper, appointed Oleksiy Ivchenko, head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, also as head of Supervisory Council at UkrTransNafta, replacing Konstantin Petrov, a company spokeswoman said Wednesday.

The shareholders also appointed UkrTransNafta's acting chairman Oleksandr Todiychuk as the company board chairman, the spokeswoman said.
