KIEV, Jan. 14 - Ukraine's anti-trust committee has given PepsiCo the go-ahead in the acquisition of over half the stock in leading Russian juice and dairy product producer OJSC Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods, the committee said.

In Ukraine, WBD controls OJSC Wimm-Bill-Dann - Ukraine, which was set up in 2006 with the renaming of OJSC Kiev City Dairy Plant #3. In 2008, two other outfits - Burynsky Powdered Milk Plant and Kharkiv Dairy Combine - were merged into the company.
