DNIPROPETROVSK, Jan. 13 - Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises are concerned about a shortage of empty freight wagons, which they say could lead to problems with the shipment of products or cause an increase in the cost of transportation.

A Dniprospetsstal representative at a meeting of representatives of the mining and smelting complex of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk on Wednesday said that the plants at regional meetings are recommended to buy or lease freight cars to ensure stable goods handling.
