KIEV, Jan. 11 – The Antimonopoly Committee continues investigating fuel importer Livela's (Poltava region) abuse of monopoly, despite the fact that Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine retained tax benefits for the company.
Deputy Head of the energy market control department at the committee, Serhiy Kyrylenko, informed Interfax-Ukraine about the investigation.
"The investigation continues irrespective of the ruling of Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine. The case was not opened through the courts and will continue," said Serhiy Kyrylenko, deputy head of the energy market control department at the committee.
