KIEV, Jan. 11 – Ukraine has exported 6.7 million tons of grain since the beginning of this marketing year (MY, July 2010 – June 2011) as of early January, including 1.5 million tons as part of export quotas, representative of the Ukrainian Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry Oleksandr Demydov has reported.
Demydov said that currently crops are being exported under licenses issued before the end of 2010, and relevant documents concerning the prolongation of the quotas until March 31 are being formalized.
