KIEV, Jan. 11 – Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has upheld the retaining of tax benefits for Livela (Poltava region), in particular, duty fee imports of fuel to Ukraine.

According to the ruling of December 22, 2010, which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine, some power bodies asked Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine to cancel a ruling of Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeals of May 31, 2010, which terminated proceedings in the case on the depriving Livela of tax benefits.
