KIEV, Dec. 28 - EPIC Services Ukraine (ESU) Ltd., the only bidder in the tender to sell a 92.79% stake in OJSC Ukrtelecom, has proposed UAH 10 more than the initial price of the stake set at UAH 10.5 billion.

"The envelope with the proposal was the sum UAH 10.5 billion plus UAH 10," State Property Fund spokesperson Nina Yavorska, told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.

EPIC Services Ukraine is a subsidiary of Austria's EPIC investment company.
