KIEV, Dec. 29 - Simferopol-based state-run joint-stock company Chornomornaftogaz announced it would carry out main works on the northwest shelf of the Black Sea to create extracting and exploitation facilities and transport infrastructure on the Odessa and Bezimenne gas fields.

"First gas from the new fields would be received in early 2012. The company's gas extraction would grow by one billion cubic meters per year with the total equipment of the Odessa and Bezimenne gas fields," reads the report.
