KIEV, Dec. 28 – President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a law on Ukraine's national budget for 2011, as well as a law on amendments to the Budget Code and other legislative acts.

The head of state also made a number of instructions linked to the execution of the national budget and other legislative acts.

The president instructed Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to draw up a draft law on amendments to Ukrainian laws and submit it to Parliament.
