KIEV, Dec. 28 - Malynivsky District Court in Odessa has upheld a complaint of ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih against the ruling on opening a criminal case on an attempt to smuggle coking coal through the reduction of its import price, according to a company press release.

The court made the ruling on Monday.

"Thus, all accusations of coal smuggling against the company, previously put forward by the State Customs Service and the Security Service of Ukraine, have been withdrawn," the company's press service said.
