KIEV, Dec. 27 – Most Ukrainians have welcomed the declaration by Ukraine of its non-aligned status and the signing of a number of agreements with Russia on cooperation in the leading industries, according to a survey conducted by the Sofia Center for Social Studies on December 16-22.

The center said in a press release that respondents had been asked to assess a number of decisions taken by the country's leadership in 2010.
