KIROVOHRAD, Dec. 23 – Dnipropetrovsk-based Velta industrial and commercial firm Ltd. has started building an ore mining and ilmenite concentrate enrichment mill on the Birzulovske field (Kirovohrad region).

The company's director general, Andriy Brodsky, said at a press conference in Kirovohrad that by now all permits for construction have been received, in particular, an agreement with the administration of Novomyrhorodsky District has been signed, a land plot for the mine has been allocated and trucks to start works would soon arrive to the field.
