KIEV, Dec. 21 – The State Property Fund plans to announce on Wednesday a tender to choose the appraiser of a state stake in national telecommunications operator OJSC Ukrtelecom, SPF Head Oleksandr Riabchenko said in Kiev on Tuesday.

"Tomorrow we will announce a tender; it will last 15 days, then the assessment will take 30 days," he said.

According to the SPF head, the assessed value of the enterprise cannot be lower than the starting price of a state stake - UAH 10.5 billion.
