KIEV, Dec. 21 - System Capital Management (SCM, Donetsk) and its associated structures have not filed an application to participate in a tender to sell a 92.79% state-owned stake in national fixed-line telephone operator OJSC Ukrtelecom.

"Of course, Ukrtelecom is an interesting, but at the same time very complex asset. Therefore, neither SCM nor companies affiliated with the SCM group have filed an application to participate in the tender to privatize Ukrtelecom," the press service of SCM told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
