KIEV, Aug. 8 - Baker & McKenzie CIS Ltd., the international law firm, will act as legal advisor for a $125 million issue of three-year 7.875% eurobonds issued by Stirol Concern (Horlivka, Donetsk region).
The issue is planned to finance the concern's loans, Baker & McKenzie CIS Ltd disclosed in a Friday press release carried by Interfax-Ukraine.
