KIEV, Dec. 17 – OSJC Stirol Concern (Horlivka, Donetsk region) is to start operating at 100% capacity by late 2011, according to Dmytro Firtash, the owner of Group DF.

"I think that by the end of next year the plant will be operating at 100%," he said in Kiev.

He said that currently the company is operating unstably due to some technical problems. He added that an upgrade is being conducted at the company. The resumption of its full production capacity depends on the contractor companies that are carrying out the upgrade.

In November, Ostchem Investments Limited (Cyprus) built up a 90.3% stake in OJSC Stirol Concern, part of OstChem Group (part of Group DF).
