VYSHGOROD, Kiev region, Dec. 17 – Ukrhydroenergo expects to sign a loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank worth EUR 400 million in March 2011, according to Semen Potashnyk, the chairman of Ukrhydroenergo's board.
"Negotiations are to end and agreements are to be signed in March," he told reporters in Vyshgorod, Kiev region, on Friday.
He said the funds allocated under a project for the rehabilitation of hydropower plants will be spent on the renovation of the Kaniv, Dniprodzershynsk, and Kremenchuk hydropower plants and Dniester hydropower plant No. 2.
