KIEV, Dec. 17 – Ukrainians have rated their social mood at 40 out of 100 points, according to the results of a new survey that has been conducted every month since September by the SOCIS Center for Social and Marketing Research.

"According to our research… the social mood is rated at 39-40 points. This is little below the standard rate, but is a rather stable social state," Director of the SOCIS Center for Social and Marketing Research Mykola Churylov said at a press conference in Kiev, where the results of the study were released.

At the same time, he noted that in Russia, Armenia, and Georgia the level of social mood is lower than in Ukraine, although in Belarus the rate is better.
