KIEV, Dec. 14– The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a draft memorandum on economic policies that will be submitted to the International Monetary Fund.

According to unofficial reports, the document, among other things, confirms the intention of the Ukrainian authorities to agree on a gradual increase in the retirement age for women from 55 to 60 years, as well as to raise domestic gas prices for households and public utility companies by 50% from April 15, 2011.
