KIEV, Dec. 14 – Polskie Gorniñtwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (PGNiG), Poland's largest gas distribution company, is selling its stake in Kiev-based CJSC Dewon company, which was set up for hydrocarbon production in Ukraine, according to Gazeta Prawna.

According to the newspaper, PGNiG is currently in talks with Ukrainian companies on the sale of a stake in Dewon, and the deal could take place between January and March 2011.
