KIEV, Dec. 10 – President Viktor Yanukovych has cancelled a presidential order issued by former President Viktor Yushchenko, who banned the privatization of a number of strategically important companies.

A corresponding presidential order, No. 1118, on enacting a decision by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) dated October 22, 2010, on the situation in the sphere of the privatization of state property was made public on Friday.
