KUZNETSOVSK (Rivne region), Dec. 13 – The credit committee of Russia's Sberbank on December 25 is to discuss the issue of a $1 billion credit for the construction of reactor three and reactor four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant.

EnergoAtom President Yuriy Nedashkovsky said in Kuznetsovsk on December 10 that Ukraine has prepared the whole package of documents required for the credit.
