KIEV, Dec. 9 – The construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal is a very expensive project for Ukraine, as it will require significant investments, Director of the Center for Political and Conflict Studies Mykhailo Pohrebynsky said.
"The implementation of this project requires the construction of infrastructure and the presence of ports and respective capabilities, and it's clear that it's expensive. Given all of our opportunities to spend money properly, it will be even more expensive," he told Interfax-Ukraine after a conference entitled "The energy problems of Europe and the issues of Russian-Ukrainian cooperation."
