KIEV, Dec. 7 – Ukraine’s Industrial Union of Donbass (has implemented an agreement reached previously to sell Poland's Alchemia SA a pipe-making plant that was part of ISD Huta Czestochowa Sp. z o.o.

ISD Vice President Oleksandr Pylypenko told Interfax that the sale is complete.

"The pipe factory is sole. At present, Alchemia SA is securing the necessary permissions from European Union antitrust agencies in line with European law," Pylypenko said, without revealing the deal's price tag.
