KIEV, Nov. 30 – The Odessa-Brody oil pipeline could be extended on to Gdansk in Poland, Polish Senate Speaker Bogdan Borusewicz said while meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov in Kiev on Tuesday, the premier's press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The Ukrainian side has built its part of the pipeline, while Poland has unfortunately failed [to do so]. The fact that Russia may reduce oil supplies via the Druzhba pipeline could increase the urgency of the Odessa-Brody- Gdansk project," the press service quoted Borusewicz as saying.
