KIEV, Nov. 30 – The Ukrainian Justice Ministry plans to attract France's King & Spalding law firm to protect the country's interests during the hearing of a case on a claim by Russia's OJSC Tatneft in line with the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
According to a posting on the Economy Ministry's Web site on the holding of a tender with one bidder, the cost of legal services is UAH 1.25 million.
