KIEV, Nov. 29 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny on Monday agreed to return 12.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas to RosUkrEnergo in exchange for $1.7 billion from the Swiss-based gas trader, the companies said in a statement.
Additionally, RosUkrEnergo has agreed to pay $810 million its outstanding debt to Gazprom to lift the Russian company’s opposition to the transaction.
