KIEV, Aug. 4 ??“ Imexbank (Odessa) is expecting to receive 49% of the stocks in the new Ukrainian-Syrian bank Imexbank-Syria.

As Imexbank Governor Mykola Skoryk told journalists, the new bank will work on Syria's territory, and according to the local law, nonresidents may own over 49% of stocks in the statutory fund of a financial establishment. At the same time, he said, Imexbank made terms that "the management should be ours."
