KIEV, Nov. 24 – National nuclear generating company EnergoAtom is considering expanding its wind power generation program, EnergoAtom President Yuriy Nedashkovsky told journalists.
"We're planning to raise serious investment in the near future and launch around 300 megawatts [of wind power plants]. Later we hope to launch 600 megawatts in Crimea in the long-term outlook and maybe we'll enter one of four regions that are very promising from the point of view of wind power: Donetsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv or Odessa region," he said.
