KIEV, Nov. 24 - The Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that national energy company Naftogaz Ukrayiny must return 12.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas to Swiss-based gas trader RosUkrEnergo, the court’s press service reported.

The ruling, which upholds previous rulings by a district court in Kiev in August and by an international court of arbitration in Stockholm in June, opens way for the transfer of gas.
