KIEV, Aug. 4 ??“ The Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday approved a resolution supposed to give Ukraine??™s highway-building program a $7 billion shot in the arm.

The resolution, approved unanimously at the session, approved a draft state program on development of common-purpose roads by 2010, ordering the creation within three days of a government working group, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said after the Cabinet meeting.
