KIEV, Nov. 16 – Kiev expects from the EU-Ukraine summit on November 22 an action plan on the introduction of a visa-free regime, as well as a transition to the final stage of negotiations on signing an association agreement, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Dykusarov said.

"The 14th EU-Ukraine summit will take place in Brussels on November 22 this year. This event will become the culmination of the dynamics of the political dialog between Ukraine and the EU this year," he said at a briefing in Kiev on Tuesday.
