KIEV, Nov. 17 - Ukraine and Russia resumed talks over a joint venture that may incorporate some Russian natural gas deposits and Ukrainian natural gas pipelines, the Energy and Fuel Ministry reported Wednesday.

Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko and Naftogaz Ukrayiny Chairman Yevhen Bakulin met Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller in Moscow on Wednesday for the talks, the ministry reported.
