KIEV, Nov. 15 - Luxe Holding Limited (Cyprus) and Midland Resources Holding Limited (Guernsey, Britain) have settled a recent dispute in Higher Court of Justice in London connected to the purchase of shares in Zaporizhstal Group.

"Under an amicable agreement, Midland paid $105 million to Luxe to finally settle mutual claims," reads a Luxe report sent to Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.

According to the report, the details of the amicable agreement are not being disclosed.
