KIEV, Nov. 10 - A total of three companies have submitted applications for familiarization with OJSC Ukrtelecom's privatization documentation, Oleksandr Riabchenko, the head of Ukraine's State Property Fund, told journalists in Kiev on Wednesday.

Applications have been received from Ukrainian, Russian and foreign companies, Riabchenko said, adding that the SPF had also received a letter from the Turkish embassy requesting familiarization with Ukrtelecom's privatization documentation.
