KIEV, Nov. 9 – Ukraine’s draft Labor Code might limit employees' rights and deprive them of the possibility to protect their interests, according to National Forum of Trade Unions of Ukraine Chairman Myroslav Yakybchuk.

"The new draft Labor Code limits employees' rights and their ability to protect their interests," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Tuesday.

According to him, the document allows both employers and state institutions to regulate labor relations by adopting their own normative acts without the consent with employees, trade unions and the state.
